Warranty Policy

Every possible care has been taken to ensure quality in respect of material and workmanship.
FLEETO will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage caused by failures of any part.
FLEETO is pleased to offer warranty on FLEETO vehicles against manufacturing defects as under :-

  • Lead Acid Batteries for -12 months or 12,000 kms, whichever is earlier. For Lithium Battery warranty is for a period of 2 Years, 3 Years or 5 Years according to the model purchased
  • Critical Parts—Motor-fitted with new FLEETO Vehicle or sold as spares- 12 months or 10,000 kms, whichever is earlier.
  • Critical Parts-Controller-fitted with new FLEETO Vehicle or sold as spares-6 months or 6,000 kms, whichever is earlier.

Months or kms which ever occurs earlier from the date of Purchase, under warranty free replacement are offered.

We warrant each new vehicle , its aggregates and components  thereof supplied along with the vehicle manufactured by us and sold by an Authorized Dealer, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, free from defects in material and workmanship ,under normal use and service at the time of manufacture.

  • Warranty Qualification
    To qualify for this Warranty – Vehicle must be delivered by our Authorized Dealer and set up and serviced by Authorized Dealer /Service Station.
  • Warranty Term and Conditions
    If any defects are found in our vehicle within the stipulated terms stated above , obligation on us is only to repair or replace at our sole discretion , any part shown to be defective , with a new equivalent at no cost to the owner for parts or labour , when we acknowledge that such a defect is attributable to faulty material or workmanship at the time of manufacture . The owner is responsible for any repair or replacements which are not covered by this Warranty.
Terms and Condition for Battery warranty
  • Battery :-For battery warranty claim following T & C must be fulfilled
    Battery warranty is not eligible under following conditions :-
    1. If customer fails to do first two service
    2. If charged from non-FLEETO charger
    3. If battery is used for other applications
    4. Automatic cut-off is there although battery is over charged
    5. Vehicle driven in discharged conditions
    6. Battery kept in discharged conditions for more than 24 hours
    7. If voltages go down
    8. If battery get bulged

    NOTE:-There is no warranty on Electronics parts and physically damaged plastic and other parts.

  • Warranty Term and Conditions:-
    This Warranty will not be applied to:-
    1. Second owner of the vehicle
    2. Normal maintenance service required other than the free services, including without limitations, fastener retightening wheel balancing , wheel alignment
    3. The replacement of normal wear parts of including without limitation , blubs ,Tyres and tubes, Brake shoes , Fuses , cables and all rubber parts.
    4. Body panels , plastic parts , instruments , gauges, LEDs , glass components etc.
    5. Any vehicle which has been used for competition , racing or renting
    6. Any repairs or replacement required as a result of accidents or collision.
    7. Any defects caused by misuse ,negligence , abnormal use or insufficient care.
    8. Any vehicle which has been modified or altered , including without limitation the installation of performance accessories.
    9. Any vehicle on which parts and accessories not approved by us have been used.
    10. Any vehicle which has not been used in accordance with the operating instructions in our Owner’s Manual
    11. Any vehicle which has not received service inspections prescribed in our Owner’s Manual during the Warranty term.
    12. Any vehicle which has been assembled dissembled adjusted or repaired other than our Authorized Dealer/Service station .
    13. Any vehicle which has been used for the purposes other than what it was designed for.
    14. Any damage or deterioration , caused by industrial pollution , bird dropping and natural calamities.
    15. Any natural wear and tear ,including without limitation ,aging etc.
    16. Speedometer should be in working condition always as warranty claims are based on the reading . The Speedometer should not be out-of –order. In case the speedometer is out of order inform the Dealer & ensure entry in the Maintenance Service Record of the Owner’s Manual.
  • Extent of Warranty

    This Warranty is entire written Warranty given by us for our vehicle and no Dealer or his agent or employees is Authorized to extend or enlarge this Warranty and no Dealer or its or his agent or employee is Authorized to make any oral Warranty on our behalf.
    We reserve the  right to add any improvement or change the design of any model at any time with no obligation to make the same changes on units previously sold.
    Our decision on all Warranty claims shall be final and binding.

  • Warranty Service

    To obtain warranty service ,the complete vehicle must be presented at the owner’s expenses to any of our Authorized  Dealer.

    It is responsibility of each Owner that Speedometer should be in working condition always as warranty claims are based on the reading . The Speedometer should not be out of order. In case the Speedometer is out of order inform the Dealer and ensure entry in the Maintenance Service Record of the owner’s Manual.

    a) Make certain that the Pre-Delivery Inspection(PDI) card is completed at the delivery of the vehicle.
    b) Have performed all the service inspection specified in  Owner’s Manual at his own expenses. Other than the free service inspections also maintain adequate proof that service inspection have been performed.
    c) It is compulsory to avail the free/paid Services of the Vehicle & Battery for availing the Warranty.
    d) Make certain that our Authorized Dealer/Service Station Performing the service inspection has certified the work on the “Maintenance Service Record” page in the Owner’s Manual.
    e) Present the  Owner Manual to the Authorized Dealer whenever requesting service , inspections or Warranty Service.

Service Guidelines

Please note that all these service inspections and record warranties are necessary for eligibility. Service is free of charge in free service. Service charges are payable in the latter paid service. For your convenience, we have an extensive network of dealers and service, who provide quick quality services, which you can avail from anywhere in India, if you did your shopping in India and elsewhere.

Make sure that our authorized dealer/service station authenticates the work on the Maintenance Service Record page in it. After completing the warranty service, the authorized dealer /service station, will keep the associate service key for its record.

Periodic maintenance of your FLEETO two wheeler bike will always be helpful in getting good functionality and after completion of your warranty service (3 Services) regular servicing of your FLEETO vehicle at suitable intervals will provide the best level of functionality.

We believe in natural modification and environmental modification and environment protection. In this regard we request all owners to recycle the used batteries, lubricants, tyres or to make proper. To dispose of old batteries, the dealer can be contacted.
